राणा पुंजा भील के बारे में:
वह 16 वीं सदी के मेवाड़ शासक महाराणा प्रताप के समकालीन थे ।
उन्हें एक महत्वपूर्ण पात्र माना जाता है , जिन्होंने मुगल सम्राट अकबर के साथ युद्ध के दौरान प्रताप की ताकत को बढ़ाया था ।
जब महाराणा प्रताप अकबर के साथ युद्ध के लिए तैयार हो रहे थे , तब आदिवासी भील समुदाय स्वेच्छा से उनकी सहायता के लिए आया था और उस समय भील सेना की कमान पुंजा के पास थी।
सेनापति के रूप में उनकी स्थिति के कारण उन्हें राणा की उपाधि दी गई।
