WEIZENBOCK Brew Day - Hello!

Описание к видео WEIZENBOCK Brew Day - Hello!

Hello! It's been a while... A long while. I shot this video over a year ago and never took the time to edit it into something. So if something seems off, that's hopefully a bit of an explanation why. More stuff to come!

This video shows the average brew day for me and some of the things I do to keep it simple and flowing efficiently. Sit back relax and have a homebrew with me as we brew up a batch of Weizenbock. German Beer is in a class of it's own and while it can be great to brew, I know the detail, years, and history that has gone into perfecting these styles. My method is in no way going to live up to the exceptional craft of Weihenstephaner, but for the average guy it's still an outstanding beer to make.
