Sigma SD1 HANDS ON: First impressions of a legendary camera.

In this weeks "Camera Classics," we look at the mythical Sigma SD1 Merrill DSLR and some first impressions. What a remarkable camera this is. The first thing I noticed is how nicely it fits in my hands; it just feels ergonomically right. The colors it produces are rich and vibrant without post processing, and the detail is good even if it isn't a true 45 megapixels.

No live view, slow processing, dead system, and tricky lowlight performance are some downsides to this camera, however they're quirks if anything and expected for Sigma cameras.

I'm going to have to do a few videos on this old beast to cover and compare more stuff with it, but for now I'll enjoy it for what it is, and I hope you do too! :)
