Welcome back to My Bake Escape. This is my most requested dessert this time of year, it is a Pumpkin Roll. This is a step by step tutorial on how I make the most delicious perfectly spiced pumpkin roll. This recipe is great for fall and perfect for Thanksgiving.

Ingredients & Measurements:
Pumpkin Sponge Cake
¾ cup (110g) all purpose flour
½ tsp. (1g) baking powder
½ tsp. (3g) baking soda
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
¼ tsp. ground or fresh nutmeg
¼ tsp. ground ginger
¼ tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. ground cloves
3 large eggs room temperature
1 tsp. (5g) vanilla extract
1 cup (223g) granulated sugar
⅔ cup (130g) pumpkin puree
1 cup (125g) chopped walnuts
*Plus ¼ cup powdered sugar to sprinkle on paper towels

Cream Cheese filling:
1 package (8oz/226g) cream cheese, room temperature
6 tbsp. (66g) unsalted room temperature butter
1 cup (130g) powdered sugar
1 tsp. (5g) vanilla extract
