So basically we just bought this truck and we were going to tow an excavator but going out the driveway it had a very erratic throttle. It idles fine but when ever I press the throttle the slightest bit it revs to 3k. When I went to park it, it shut off by itself and would not start back up. So then I went to check the voltage on the APPS sensor it was at .224. I calibrated the sensor back to .555 it started back up but it still as the erratic throttle! I’m going to update y’all when I get this fixed.
Truck is a 1998 Dodge Ram 3500 with the 24v Cummins
