This has its roots in the history of a certain area or country. As the Talent Manager, you work with many people, often from different countries and cultures, whom you’ve never met before! To work well with them all, you must develop your empathy.
Engage with others by understanding things from their point of view and context.
This will lift your Talent Management to a higher level and increase the probability of understanding each other. Working together is crucial, and Talent Managers are at the forefront of understanding localisation on all levels.
