jinkō allows anyone to run seamlessly in silico clinical trials on virtual populations, even without having modeling skills.

Nova has built the first end-to-end solution for clinical trial simulation: the jinkō platform.

Using disease models based on scientific literature review and virtual population tools, you can run multiple simulations to help identify the best clinical trial design.

With its user-friendly interface, jinkō offers unmatched collaborative features enabling clinical experts, pharmacologists and other R&D functions to stay up-to-date on latest science.

1.Create your virtual population

You can edit in a few clicks the physiology of a virtual population by defining the distribution of your patients descriptors of interest. Here for instance, you will create two different populations, with two different levels of prevalence of the KRAS mutation, as it is a key patient descriptor influencing the efficacy of this treatment.
Then, select the number of patients you want to simulate, here 100 virtual patients.

2.Create your trial

Create a simulated clinical trial in just a few steps.
Use the protocol design editor and associated protocol specific presets.

This example has four arms: one control arm without treatment and 3 different dosage arms. Simply add or remove as many arms as you want.


3.Launch your trial

Then launch your trial.

This trial has 400 virtual patients; a hundred in each of four arms. Follow the simulation in real time using the patient monitoring tab.

4.Visualize your results

Finish by visualizing your trial results. Here, the chosen endpoint is tumor radius. You can easily see the impact of dose on tumor size.

You can also explore the impact of different descriptors to find the best responders to your treatment.

In this case, lowering the proportion of the population who is KRAS mutated, leads to an increase in the overall treatment efficacy.
