White Card vs Gray Card - White Balance Battle to the Death! - FOTGA 12" & Neewer
Karen obviously says that you can't use a Gray card for white Balance (only for exposure), so I made a video that compares using a White Card vs a Gray Card to set your White Balance in-camera for photography and video. I set up 4 different lighting scenarios (mixed light, daylight, studio and tungsten)...then I did tests to determine if there is actually a winner, along with tests on whether you should fill the screen or not, have it in the middle or not, if different brands of white and gray cards produce different results (FOTGA 12" vs Neewer Large Size Cards) and what white balance setting is best for taking your initial white balance image...
