HERO DESCRIPTION:

• Real Name Jubilation Lee. Jubilee is a member of the human subspecies known as mutants, born with superhuman abilities. She can generate pyrotechnic energy blasts from her hands. Introduced as an orphaned "mall rat" from Beverly Hills, Jubilee joined the X-Men in the early 1990s, becoming the team's youngest member and often playing a sidekick role to her father-figure, Wolverine.

• As a mutant, Jubilee has the power to generate pyrotechnic energy plasmoids from her hands. She has referred to these blasts as "fireworks". The plasmoids obey her mental control, traveling where she directed them, arranging themselves in various shapes, and exploding when she wished.

The strength of the blasts varied in degrees of power and intensity, and can range from a multitude of colorful sparkles capable of temporarily blinding a person, to a powerful detonation capable of smashing objects and destroying property, or a precision burst inside a human brain, simulating the effects of a massive stroke. Jubilee can also absorb the energy back into her own body without harm.

ABILITIES:

• Jubilee's Passive, FIREWORKS. Every Basic attack after Jubilee uses an ability deals energy damage to any enemies hit that are in range and applies one Firework mark on them.

Although her passive is not that much it is very useful in last hitting enemy heroes or stacking Firework marks on your enemies to maximize the damage of her ultimate.

• Jubilee's first skill, SPARK SHOW. Jubilee launches firework missile in the specified direction, dealing energy damage every 0.35 seconds to hit enemy heroes. The target can be attacked up to 4 times, and Jubilee gains a shield that absorbs damage. The last attack also stuns the target for 1.5 seconds, and applies 1 firework mark. When the target is more than 900 yards away from Jubilee, fireworks cease to attack the target.

This is one of Jubilee's awesome skill. Aside from damaging the enemy hero it also stuns them and have Jubilee gain a shield in the process. This skill is so powerful that it is so hard to KO her if you don't have high enough burst damage.

• Jubilee's seconds skill, RADIANCE. Jubilee lauches a firework attack in the specified direction, dealing energy damage to enemies close to her and applying 1 firework mark. Jubilee deals more energy damage to enemies at the edge of this ability's range furthest from her and afflicts them with 2 firework marks. Take note that Jubilee can move while she is casting this ability.

This is Jubilee's main damaging ability. It needs getting used to when targeting the enemies on the outer range just to maximize the damage. But it is not only because of the damage but also for you to stack up the enemy with firework marks. Because hitting them on the outer range gives more firework marks to the enemy. This is for maximizing the damage from her ultimate.

• Jubilee's 3rd skill, SHOOTING STAR. Jubilee slides ahead in the specified direction for a short distance on her skateboard. This ability can be stored up to 2 times.

A simple ability in Jubilee's kit but very useful for her as this contributes on how she is very mobile in the game and very hard to catch and KO as well.

• Jubilee's Ultimate, LUMINESCENCE. Jubilee launches a myriad of fireworks in the specified direction, locking onto and attacking targets in range tagged with fireworks to inflict on each target attacks, depending on how many marks each target has. Each attack deals energy damage. When a target is more than 1500 yards from Jubilee, lock-on is deactivated.

Her Ultimate does not do damage a lot unless it hits all 6 of it. However, how her ultimate works is strong against heroes that are highly mobile as the ultimate lock-on to enemy heroes when they are marked with fireworks. And on top of that it does not matter how many enemies there are, as long as they are tagged with firework marks they will be hit by her ultimate as long as they are within range.

PROS

• She has great mobility. Due to her 3rd skill which carry 2 charges.

• She is a hero that is very hard to catch and kill as she has mobility skill plus a Crowd Control skill to slow you down and she gains shield as well.

• She has good range on all of her skills especially her Ultimate thus she is excellent in poking and harassing the enemies.

CONS

• Not easy to play. She needs to be mastered to play her effectively. You also need to understand her skill and how it works.

• Although she can melt through tanks, she will have trouble when fighting DPS heroes as she can be KO'ed before even completing her combo.

• Her ultimate is conditional and is not that powerful unless you stack max Firework to the enemy.
