Penyusuran sungai ini dilakukan melalui udara menggunakan drone DJI Air 2S, yang lepas landas dari Tabek Gadang, nagari Bukik Batabuah, kabupaten Agam, provinsi Sumatera Barat.

The creek exploration was conducted from the air using a DJI Air 2S drone, which took off from Tabek Gadang of Bukik Batabuah village in Agam regency of West Sumatra province.
