GTA San Andreas Vigilante Mission - using a SWAT tank (S.W.A.T.)

This is a complete run of the Vigilante Mission for Grand Theft Auto: San Andres.

NO CHEATS and no mods were used.
This is a completely legitimate game.
PC Version 2.0

I reached Level 13 and passed the mission at level 12.

Technically speaking, it's impossible to ever "Pass" the Vigilante Mission... one of only four things can happen:

1) You run out of time and "Fail" the mission.

2) You stop the mission yourself.

3) You get Wasted or Busted.

4) You leave your Law-Enforcement vehicle for more than 60 seconds.

You'll never see the message "MISSION PASSED" ever.

As long as you've completed Level 12, then you've passed the Vigilante Mission regardless of what messages pop up on the screen.

I used the exact same SWAT tank for the entire mission.
For every level increase of the Vigilante Mission (including Brown Thunder) your vehicle becomes "hardened" and less prone to damage than the previous level, so it can withstand a great deal of punishment.
Every level increase also "refreshes" the vehicle by taking away most of the damage that was incurred from the previous level, making it a little stronger.

Here are the details:
I acquired the SWAT Tank from the mission End of the Line.

Here are some details about using the SWAT Tank for the Vigilante mission:
Pros:
1) The SWAT Tank is bulletproof and fireproof.
2) The SWAT Tank is less susceptible to damage than other vehicles. It still takes damage, just not as quickly.

Cons:
1) Aside from the water cannon, weapons cannot be fired from the SWAT Tank. That means CJ must exit the SWAT Tank in order to fire his weapons.
2) The SWAT Tank is much slower than other vehicles, which makes it nearly impossible to catch 'suspect vehicles' on the freeways.

The saved game I used is from my Minimal Skills series, which means that CJ has very low weapon skills. His skills improved as the mission progressed.

The highest I've ever gotten using the exact same Police Car is Level 82.
