Addressing a public meeting in Sabarkantha, Gujarat, PM Modi said, "They used to say that if Article 370 is removed from Jammu and Kashmir, there will be chaos in the country. We won't find anyone to raise the flag. Today, Article 370 is history, and there is no chaos in the country. And the tricolor is flying high at Lal Chowk. Until 10 years ago, the country was burning in the fire of terrorism. And the weak Congress government was dosing it with water. The Congress used to ask Pakistan, "Why are you bombing us?" Today's India doesn't wait for terrorists to strike; it strikes them at their homes.
