EAS Short #11: Nuclear Attack pov

pov: you live in lancaster, pa and a nuclear attack occurs

this is the first short with 2 EAS alerts and is over 6 minutes, beating out the 4th of july short. i was inspired by other real-time eas scenarios so much that i did this one.
