Thenga grated one full or diluted coconut milk 3 cups
Boiled rice 1 cup shallots 6 nos
Ghee 2 tbsp
Fenugreek 1 tsp
Salt

Beef varatiyathu Ingredients :
Beef 500 gms
Shallots 1 cup
Onion 1 cup
Green chili 4-5
Ginger 2 " piece
Garlic 15 pods
Curry leaves 10
Fenugreek. 3/4 tsp
Fennel seed powdered 1tbsp tomato 2 nos
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Coconut oil 1 tbsp
AR masala 2 1/2 tbsp
AR flavor masala 2 tsp
AR garam masala 1/2 tsp
Lime 1/2
Salt
To temper
Shallots 6 nos sliced
Curry leaves 3 twigs
Coconut oil 3 tbsp
