This older video shows a functional process but Bento Buddy has been updated quite a bit since and it's much easier to accomplish this task.

This shows how to create a deformer animation/pose for a Second Life character. In this case I'm using Animesh. In addition I show how to create an animation that is compatible with the deformer.

The scripts used in this video are included with Bento Buddy.

 I'm using Bento Buddy to convert the Makehuman into a compatible Second Life character with Bento Hands and Bento Head.
