윌 볼튼(Wil Bolton)은 영국의 예술가이자 작곡가이다. 그의 작업은 주로 장소 특정적(site-specific)이며, 장소와 기억에서 영감을 얻고, 폐허와 쇠퇴 속에서 아름다움을 발견하며 일상의 풍경 속 세부 요소와 질감을 탐구한다.

그는 자연과 인공 환경을 넘나들며 생태학, 심리지리학, 그리고 일상의 철학을 다양한 매체를 통해 다룬다. 작품은 사운드, 비디오, 사진, 퍼포먼스, 설치미술을 포함하며, 현장 녹음(field recordings), 모듈 및 아날로그 신디사이저, 기타, 어쿠스틱 악기, 발견된 오브제(found objects)와 각종 효과(effects)를 활용한 오디오 작업을 선보인다.

Wil Bolton is a British artist and composer.
His work is usually site-specific, inspired by place, memory, and finding beauty in ruins, decay, and everyday textures. He explores the natural and built environment through themes of ecology, psychogeography, and the philosophy of the everyday, using media including sound, video, photography, performance, and installation.

His audio work employs field recordings, modular and analogue synthesizers, guitars, acoustic instruments, found objects, and effects.
