I went to the Shaolin Gurukul, which is India's first residential training camp for Shaolin Kung Fu.
I wanted to come here to experience a proper martial arts training camp.
As most of you know, I have been training in Jeet Kune Do with my coach Aadhar Malhotra who is a student of Shifu Kanishka Sharma.
We trained about 6-7 hrs every single day for 8 days. And the video that you see summaries up our experience 😌.
