Join The Contented Yogini for an introduction to Chandra Bhedana Pranayama - The Moon Breath. This practice enhances calm, tranquillity, and stillness. Practice up to 10 rounds and gradually increase as you become more comfortable. Great before bed for a sound night of sleep ;) You may like to sit on a chair or use the support of a block or bolster.

This breath is NOT recommended for those with Low Blood Pressure - This is because the breath lowers blood pressure further. Please seek the guidance of an in-person yoga teacher who is familiar with teaching Pranayama.
