Things got HARD this time around. They have really begun to push my potential this term, and I feel great. Let's keep this up!

My mentor this term was Chadd Ferron. He has been a professional animator since 1994 and is currently an animator at DreamWorks Animation. He started as a 2D animator at Walt Disney Animation working as an in-between animator on Young Simba in the original Lion King. While working on the Lion King, his desk was in the “fishbowl” at Disney’s Orlando studio and tourists watched over his shoulder as he drew Young Simba. In his spare time, he enjoys writing music, sculpting figures, and playing the uilleann pipes. Chadd currently teaches Animation Basics, the first Core Character Animation Course at Animation Mentor.

No other way to put it; this guy is kinda my idol. What an awesome class!
