This eastside Santa Cruz beach bungalow was built in 1932 and was well overdue for a complete kitchen remodel. The small home is only 900 square feet, and the owners were looking to remodel the kitchen to make it feel much larger and more functional. We incorporated lots of countertop space and lots of storage and drawer space.
