As you know Im Gluten Free. After attending pastry school I thought my baking days were over. There are not! I loveeeeee baking days. Yesterday I hold on of sharing the recipes until I did tasted test. Im impressed with all but one who I would tweak a tad. Petit Fours asked for a tsp of almond extract and you can definitely taste it on the cookie so I would lower that to 3/4tsp. I messed up the glaze, mine sucked but cannot blame the recipe.

GF Sugar cookie. I found it a tad powdery. I bajed mine a tad more until the bottoms were golden and changed the taste a lot. Wish it had a more buttery taste but thats my personal preference. https://www.letthemeatgfcake.com/glut...
