Yuzu Glazed Tempeh
Fry off cubes of tempeh in some vegetable oil until crispy. Then add: 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 1 Tsp Gochujang, 1 Tbsp Yuzu Miso Paste (or 1Tsp Yuzu Kosho, but leave the Gochujang out), some spring onion, 1-2 tsp maple syrup and maybe some water if you want to have more sauce. That's it, it really is that simple.
For garnishing: Roasted Sesame seeds (the ones I used are Yuzu flavored: https://www.drakfrukt.se/produkt/rost..., shredded nori seeds, spring onion. Serve with short grain rice :)
