When two officers arrived, they educated the lady at the desk, whom EVERYONE suspects made the call. So when a gentleman became irate about being on camera, I had to remind the officers to de-escalate the situation. The woman officer did so swiftly after being reminded how to do her job. Officer Garcia just stood there and smiled at what he was observing. Neither one of these officers looked like they belonged on the force but who am I to judge what their abilities and DISABILITIES are.
