Hard 'n' Heavy, developed by Rainbow Arts and published by reLINE Software in 1989.

Originally planned as a sequel to Giana Sisters called Giana 2: Arthur and Martha in Future World, the game was changed due to the legal pressure from Nintendo that Giana Sisters recieved.
Giana and Maria became Heavy and Metal - two futuristic robots!

The game is endless, so after showing all levels and all warps, I kill myself (all the deaths are cut out) to get a Game Over screen!
