DA won't be part of Gauteng Executive: Hellen Zille

DA Federal Council Chairperson Helen Zille says the ANC cannot dictate terms as this has to be a Gauteng power-sharing arrangement. She was addressing the media on the outcomes of negotiations between the DA and the ANC on forming a government of provincial unity. She says despite progress in negotiations the DA and the ANC in Gauteng have not yet reached an agreement on forming a government. Zille says out of the ten provincial cabinet posts in Gauteng, the ANC wants to give the DA three executive council posts.
