The Chinese are coming… and they’re not messing about.
This is my first look at the QJMotor SRK421RR — a 400cc, four-cylinder sports bike making 75bhp and costing just £5,600.
Yes… you read that correctly.
On paper this looks like the ultimate hooligan road bike: light weight, high spec, proper sports bike looks and — best of all — that screaming inline-four soundtrack.
And this isn’t some bargain-basement special either. It comes fitted with Brembo brakes, Marzocchi suspension and genuinely premium-looking components.
QJMotor may be controversial to some, but they produce over 1.5 million motorcycles per year — they’re not exactly new to this.
So… is this the bargain sports bike we’ve all been waiting for? Or is it too good to be true?
