Finish the game with the good ending.

Completing either end will reset your game back before the start of the final mission, so you can easily complete both on the same save file.
For the good ending you will need to gather the EJECT CODE from the first room, on the shelves AND the LAUNCH CODE from the final room on the computer console.
BOTH CODES CHANGE EVERY TIME, so you will need to take a screenshot or write them down each time.
Then you must make it back to your base and eject Jeff before the timer ends. Then you just have to enter the launch code to trigger the good ending.
