Learn how to calibrate the carbon monoxide (CO) monitor on your Miller® BreatheAir™ portable box or panel with these step-by-step instructions.

To start, turn the monitor on and allow it to stabilize for at least 15 seconds. Next, connect the regulator to the Zero Air cylinder and then to the monitor. Open the regulator and allow the monitor to stabilize for 15 seconds or more. Using the calibration tool, turn the zero screw to 00. Close the regulator then remove from the Zero Air cylinder.

Next, connect the regulator to the CO cylinder, open the regulator and allow the monitor to stabilize for 15 seconds. Using the calibration tool, turn the zero screw to 20 for US users or 10 for Canadian users. Close the regulator then remove from the CO cylinder.

Lastly, repeat the zero adjustment portion again and press the clip to remove the tube from the monitor when complete.
