New York Injury Law is officially open — and week one is in the books.
In this video, we take you behind the scenes of what it’s like to launch a brand-new personal injury law firm during the holidays, go to court on day one, sign up new clients, paint the office (literally), and fight to make an impact from day one.
We’re proud to finally open our doors — and even prouder of the community that has rallied behind us. Whether you’re a fellow attorney, an injured New Yorker, or someone just curious about how law firms get off the ground, this video is for you.
🏢 Welcome to Our Office
We started moving in... and immediately realized the walls weren’t actually painted — just primed. But the energy? Unmistakable.
This office represents more than just a physical space. It’s a fresh start — a place we’re building from the ground up to fight for injured New Yorkers who need fierce, compassionate legal representation.
Starting during the holidays may not have been ideal, but when you’ve got the right team and the right mission, you figure it out. And that’s exactly what we did.
📞 Our First Clients
Within the first 10 days, the phones started ringing. Clients — both former and brand new — reached out. The local legal community offered support. And the trust people showed us right out of the gate reminded us why we took this leap.
We’re here for the people who’ve been hurt. The ones who don’t know who to call or what steps to take. The people who need a law firm that will actually fight — not settle.
⚖️ What a Trial Lawyer’s Day Looks Like
From court in the morning…
To lunch with a judge…
To getting files signed at the old firm…
To telling the post office we’ve settled a case…
All in a day’s work.
What makes New York Injury Law different is our mindset: we prepare every case for trial. We don’t back down from tough fights, and we don’t just push papers — we push for results. And that starts on day one.
💬 "Do Not Accept What Is Unacceptable"
One thing we’ve both seen over the years is how the system is stacked against injured people. Everything — from court rules to insurance practices — is designed to wear you down.
But here’s what we believe:
👉 You don’t have to accept lowball offers.
👉 You don’t have to settle if it’s not right.
👉 You can stand up to big insurance companies and corporations.
And you don’t have to do it alone.
At New York Injury Law, we are courtroom lawyers. We’ll take the case as far as it needs to go to get justice for our clients. Because we do not accept what is unacceptable — and neither should you.
🎓 Giving Back: SUNY Ulster
This week, we also made time to visit SUNY Ulster as part of a major donation to their downtown campus. As the Chair of the SUNY Ulster Community College Foundation, giving back to the college that helped launch this journey is one of the most meaningful parts of our work.
We believe in lifting others up — not just through legal victories, but through education, service, and leadership in our community.
📹 Why We’re Sharing This
If it were up to us, we’d spend every hour on case work. But the truth is: marketing is part of the job — because people need to know we’re here when they need us most.
Whether it’s after a car accident, a workplace injury, or a case of medical malpractice, we want to be the law firm people think of when they’re scared and need answers.
So we film, we share, and we document the journey — not for likes, but to let people know: help is here.
🧭 What’s Next?
Week one was wild, busy, and unforgettable. And it’s only the beginning.
We’re just getting started building something that matters — not just for us, but for every New Yorker who’s ever needed someone to fight for them.
Thank you to everyone who’s supported us so far. Stay tuned, subscribe, and follow along as we grow, case by case.
