We are pleased to share the highlights of the International Fluid Power Technical Seminar (FPTS) 2024

The International Fluid Power Technical Seminar (FPTS) is a significant event organized by the Fluid Power Society of India (FPSI). FPSI is India's sole professional organization dedicated to advancing Fluid Power, encompassing hydraulics, pneumatics, mechatronics, and automation. For over five decades, FPSI has played a crucial role in promoting knowledge and technological advancements in these fields. FPSI maintains strong partnerships with esteemed academic institutions such as IIT Madras, IISc, and prominent engineering colleges across India.

FPTS 2024 took place in Bengaluru on June 19th & 20th, 2024. The event's Chief Guest was Mr. Deepak Garg, Vice Chairman and MD of Sany India, and the Keynote Speaker was Mr. Jayakanna, Senior GM R&D at Bull Machines.

During the seminar, FPSI also honors distinguished individuals from industry and academia who have significantly contributed to the advancement of fluid power in India through the Pascal Award for Lifetime Achievement in Fluid Power.

On the occasion of Fluid Power Professionals' Day (FPPD) on June 19th, we awarded the Pascal Award to Dr. S.C. Sati (Retd.), DS & Director General DRDO, and Dr. S. Prasanna Kumar, Former Chief Executive of L&T Case & Past President of FPSI.

Our upcoming events include:

Fluid Power Challenge (FPC) 2024, featuring a national-level Quiz in fluid power and the M.S. Yoganarasimha Prize for Innovation in Design, with attractive cash prizes being conducted between August to September 2024.
Fluid Power R&D Confluence (FPRD) 2024 during 1st week of October 2024.
CEO Conclave during December 2024.
