Ask and ye shall receive! Here is a shortened version of how to make the power flour! With flubs of course 😅

Traditional PSMF bread:
Beat 2 cups Liquid egg whites with 1/2 cup egg white powder and 1 tsp Cream of Tartar till stiff. Pour into lined baking loaf pan.

Ghost loaf 👻:
I recommend doing 1 1/2 cups egg powder and 1 1/2 cups water with 1 tsp cream of tartar. Same process as above!

Bake at 325 for 40 minutes and let cool in the oven about 15 minutes before pulling it out.

Slice the bread into 1/2 inch cubes after it's cooled. Let air dry or bake at 325 for 20 minutes (or at a higher temp if your oven is dying like mine!)

Powder the bread chunks in a vitamin dry container or a food processor.

Store in a plastic bag in the fridge or freezer for best results. I use mine within a week.
