This is a series of 5 videos that accompany a blog post from Body Rolling Dianne Glass.
All the videos demonstrate the techniques of Yamuna Body Rolling and especially the YBR Face Ball techniques.

The Jaw bone gets super tight. Especially when you consider you may be trying to reverse the effects of a lifetime of chewing and clenching! The tip here is to be patient. These are larger muscles and bones that need a bit more time to release.

Keep the jaw stable with your other hand as you roll into the jaw bone. Be sure to relax your jaw, no clenching here! As you wait with light pressure on the bone, you roll over the chin muscles and continue down the Platysma muscle that covers the front of your neck and all the way to your collarbone.

Toning your Platysma muscle can help with the dreaded ‘turkey neck” that many of us are trying to avoid. Working the jaw and front of the neck also helps forward head posture or “Tech Neck” caused by sitting at a computer with bad posture.
