I demonstrate how to install valve keepers on a 2004 F150 5.4L 3V.

Unfortunately, the valve spring has to be partially compressed in order to start the threads on the valve spring compressor tool. The trick is to use a wood clamp to compressor the valve spring compressor enough to engage the threads.
