We take refuge in Chandramaulishvara, in whom the entire universe shines, and who is beyond all creation, like oil hidden within sesame seeds.

We take refuge in Him who cannot be seen by the senses, yet who is the inner essence of all beings and the supreme reality of all worlds.

We take refuge in the subtle Self, smaller than the smallest and greater than the greatest, hidden in the heart of every living being.

We take refuge in the witness of all, beyond darkness, by whose light everything shines, and who cannot be fully described even by scriptures.

Without knowing Shiva, one never truly overcomes suffering. We seek that peaceful, blissful, and conscious reality.

We worship the unborn, eternal, ancient, imperishable supreme being, beyond speech and mind, shining in the hearts of the wise.
