In the framework of the main motive Let´s Rebuild the World Better, GLOBSEC 2021 Bratislava Forum facilitated the free exchange of ideas and provided a meeting place for stakeholders from all sectors of society to actively shape the future we want for ourselves and generations to come. Hundreds of influential political representatives, business leaders, experts from leading global think-tanks and NGOs, heads of international organizations, thinkers and innovators gather to actively shape the future.

While adapting to the new reality of today's world affected by the pandemic, the 16th edition was held in a hybrid format, allowing all speakers and guests to participate both in-person and virtually. The three-day conference on two hybrid stages included live meetings, discussions and virtual engagement with the renowned thought leaders and decision-makers in policy matters and business.

The event took place on two hybrid stages that connected speakers and participants in the venue with online speakers and audiences. There were 2 external greenscreen studios in Brussels and Microsoft HQ. Thanks to high-quality video streams, a creatively developed 3D environment and a virtual event platform tailored to the customer's needs, this event, first time featured in hybrid in 2020, has become a prototype of hybrid events. The hybrid format allows to engage a much wider audience than only guests attending the forum in-person.

Re-usable platform and digital environment from which the brand emerged became the face of the following European political events. The vision of connecting from anywhere in the world and yet gaining a full experience has become a reality.

The conference included two hybrid stages with over a 1500 members of an online audience, 148 speakers (offline and remote) and logistics which spanned the globe. The live stream of the main stage garnered over 1800 views.

The names and numbers of our speakers and audience say it all – participation of guests from 98 countries, over 100 of world media present, over 50 partners, 3 presidents visiting in person, 30 ministers of many government departments, and a large number of political representatives. Even His Holiness, Pope Francis accepted the invitation. Staff members reached over 300.
