How does Auto-Tracking work:
The camera uses highly accurate face recognition and high-performance human body detection. Tracking is possible regardless of the direction the subject is facing, so the camera can capture subjects in a lecture setting with almost no interruption, even when the subject turns to write on the board. The human body detection function uses deep learning technology which accumulates and learns from tens of thousands of human images, achieving highly accurate detection even in settings with poor visibility, such as dark rooms.

Panasonic offer two main different types of auto-tracking – AW-SF100 for PC and AW-SF200 for Servers. AW-SF100 licenses allow for auto-tracking to be installed onto one designated PC for use with one PTZ camera, with the option of implementing the auto-tracking on up to 10 cameras on that network but the auto-tracking will only be enabled on a single camera at any given point. AW-SF200 acts as a basic license to be installed onto a server and enables auto-tracking on one PTZ camera at any given point.
