Fish Kofta is favorite to all Bengali of all ages who like fish especially aaier macher kofta curry is so much testy yummy, & healthy.Today I’ll show you how to cook or how to make aaier macher kofta curry, or macher kofta curry or fish curry instantly & easily in Bangladeshi village style.

Ingredients:
Aaier mach 6 pieces,
Boiled potato
Corn-flour
Fried onion & red chili
Chopped coriander leaf
Black pepper
Onion pest
Garlic pest
Ginger pest
Cumin powder
Coriander powder
Red chili powder
Garam masala powder
Sugar
Turmeric powder
Salt &
Oil

Process: Boiled fish pieces with salt turmeric & black pepper. Keep aside for cooling. When it will be in room temperature separate skin, bone & extra fat from fish. Now mash boiled fish, boiled potato corn flour, fried onion& red chili, coriander leaf, ginger garlic pest, cumin powder, salt & turmeric. Mix them thoroughly & make a dough. Make some small balls from the dough. Now dipped fry the balls. Kofta is ready. Now make gravy. For gravy in hot oil put cardamom, clove cumin seed, bay leaf, onion pest & ginger garlic pest. Cook some time. Now add little water & put rest of the spices. Again add little water.when this water will reduce add a little sugar & water you prefer for gravy. When it starts boil add fried kofta & let it cook for 2 minutes. After two minutes serve it.
