Tekken 8 Anti Hwoarang Defense/Punishment Guide

Hwoarang has 1,2, and 1+2 breaks despite being a practitioner of Taekwondo, makes alot of sense that a traditionally STRIKING martial art would have full grappling capabilities right......?
