Wolf Alice put out their fourth studio album "The Clearing" about a month ago and set out to tour the new record. I actually didn't get to spend any time at all with the new album, but still decided to buy tickets. Wolf Alice has always put on a great show and this was no exception. I didn't seem as hyped for this or maybe I was just tired as hell after going to shows at MSG the last two nights and then working early before the show.

I think I'll really have to dedicate some listen time to the new album but from what I heard live, I enjoyed it. I actually think, sound-wise, this was my best recorded audio of a Wolf Alice show. Previously the mix was never perfect where I was standing or it was too loud for my microphone to handle. Today I had to dialed way down in sensitivity to combat being right up on the speaker, and I think that did the trick.
