The first month of CORE's response to the devastating Los Angeles wildfires focused on providing immediate relief to thousands of community members whose lives had been upended by the historic disaster.

Responding to the needs of impacted communities, we distributed thousands of free resources such as N95 masks, hygiene kits, and air purifiers; assisted local shelters by supplying WiFi, charging stations, and cellphone batteries; and provided vital cash assistance to the most vulnerable Angelenos. Watch as we look back at these critical first weeks of emergency response.

CORE’s response will continue to evolve as families and businesses recover over the next few years. Together, we will build a stronger, more resilient community.
