Ingredients:
• 3.5 cups flour
• 2 Tbsp fennel seeds, ground
• 2 Tbsp anise seeds, ground
• 1 tsp yeast
• 1 tsp baking powder
• Pinch of salt
• ¾ cups vegetable oil
• ¾ cups sugar
• 3 eggs
• Sesame (optional)
Directions:
• Preheat the oven to 180 C.
• Beat in the sugar, eggs and oil. Then add the fennel and anise and beat them again
• Mix the flour, yeast, baking powder and salt together
• Add in the flour mixture to the eggs mixture slowly while kneading until it forms a ball
• Make the dough in the desired shape using hands or a mold and dip into sesame
• Bake the cookies in preheated oven for 10 minutes until golden brown
