In this video, I turn a stunning black walnut bowl on my Laguna Revo 1216 wood lathe. My personal speed challenges are never really about turning a bowl as fast as I can. These speed challenges are just fun, relaxing, satisfying, and most importantly therapeutic, giving me a time to enjoy the wood, the turning, and myself. Sealed with Mahoney’s Walnut Utility Oil for deep penetration and the warmest protection
Applied Ack’s Abrasive Paste and Ack’s Polish for the smoothest finish with the richest luster.
