Pitta Bread:

125g Strong white bread flour
4g Instand yeast
8g Nigella / Onion seeds
1/2 tsp salt
70-80ml water
1 tsp oil

Kebab:

1/2 Lamb Leg (fat trimmed and sliced thin)
3 Tbsp plain yogurt
1/2 Onion minced
2 cloves garlic minced
1 Small chili diced
1/2 Lemon juice
1 tsp oil
pinch of salt and pepper
1/2 tsp corriander
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
