Really nice transition that can vary in pace to keep momentum in multiple in game situations. This is great to use in action or in a moment of relief and is fairly flexible.

Set 2!!! This is the 9th and final part of my Tekken set. Just like with Dragon Ball FighterZ, these tutorials will cover the transitions used in my Tekken 7 productions.

00:00|| Intro
00:19 || Add an adjustment layer over your clips and add Motion TIle and
Liquify
|*Set the output width and height to *170 and
*150 respectfully and check mirror edges
00:49 || Add a Mesh keyframe where you want the transition to begin
|*Set 4 keyframes
The frames between are: 0, 50, 2, 61
01:04 || Change the liquify brush size and pressure to *500 and *100
respectfully and activate the Twirl tool
|*Trim/Arrange your clips to have then cut in
in between the middle keyframes.
01:19 || Press (click) the center of the clip 4 times then activate the
Opposite Twirl tool and
repeat on the next keyframe

01:34 || Ease the keyframes and adjust the line graph as shown
|*The 1st and 3rd keyframes will be eased out.
The 2nd and 4th keyframes will be eased in.

|**Depending on the dimensions of your footage,
the Output Height will vary. Just make sure the
negative space is filled for the transition
01:54 || Add Exposure to the Adjustment layer and add keyframes in
alignment with the Mesh
|*Set the outer keyframes to *0
and the inner keyframes to *2
02:21 || Transition Complete
