The way you pronounce the words that you use and the sounds in those words need to be pronounced clearly and distinctly. But when we're rushed, stressed or distracted, we can get lazy with our speech. And end up meshing our words together so the listener can't understand what we're saying. Other issues are lack of vocal range, a quiet voice or talking to your chin.
