Welcome back to the Always Bayern Chelsea show for Danny's FLU GAME. Will you witness a Michael Jordan level performance from Danny on the microphone? Either way we have two midweek matches to break down in this one. Bayern Munich beat Koln in Germany's Bundesliga. And then Chelsea lost to Arsenal in the first leg of the EFL Cup Semifinals.

Danny kicks things off from the depths of a bad illness but is still here to give you full and total coverage. Bayern Munich beat FC Koln away 3-1 in a midweek Bundesliga match. We are playing catch up after the winter pause. This match marked the official halfway point of the season and Vincent Kompany's men came through with the best first half of a season we have ever seen in Germany. Better than Pep Guardiola's teams and even Hansi Flick's. Well done. Danny reviews everything for this one including lineups, tactics, match highlights, player performances, scoring, substitutions, and even hands out match awards. Serge Gnabry scored the first goal for Bayern from an absurd angle, assisted by Michael Olise. Then, Kim Minjae and Lennart Karl scored to put the match away. Hiroki Ito and Luis Diaz provided the assists. The matches don't stop, and this weekend we have a real blockbuster matchup in the Bundesliga between Bayern Munich and RB Leipzig. Next up, Jim pops in to breakdown Chelsea's disappointing defeat to Arsenal 2-3 in the first leg of the EFL Carabao Cup Semifinals home at Stamford Bridge. Liam Rosenior's first match against a top side didn't exactly go to plan. Jim provides a review of how it went down including, lineups, tactics, match highlights, and player performances. Alejandro Garnacho scored both of Chelsea's goals with Pedro Neto getting an assist. Chelsea will have a shot to overcome this deficit in the second leg, but first they will have to play Brentford in the English Premiere League over the weekend.
