Fiona to Kona (Episode 3) - Can you compete as a Pro Triathlete with a full-time job??

Howdy! I'm Fiona Moriarty and I'm an Irish pro triathlete based in Portland, Oregon. I live with my fiance/videopgrapher Josh Sutton and bread-loving Australian Shepherd Leif. This series shows my build up to the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii.

This episode dives into a big training week as I return to my full-time job after a two month sabbatical. The time off, solely focusing on triathlon, gave me some insight into what it takes to perform at the highest level. We also start integrating heat adaptation protocols (Amazon.com Sauna, lol) in preparation for Kona!
