Streets of Rage 2 - Igniz playthrough

I am playing an another one of the SoR2 hacks with the King of Fighters characters, which was made by an unknown Chinese or Taiwanese author.

This time I am playing a one with Igniz, the final boss in King of Fighters 2001.

He is the leader of the N.E.S.T.S organization, that would like to conquer the world and create the clones of the fighters such as K' or Kyo Kusanagi. He killed NESTS (or whatever the prime leader's name is), the previous leader of the organization to claim it as his own.

Even though he is overpowered in this hack, he actually is not enough, if he doesn't shoot any projectiles unlike Orochi in the other one of the SoR2 hacks with the KoF characters.
