On Thursday February 5th 2026 I get a call from a Friend notifying me about MBTAS New Haven Heritage Unit coming down the Greenbush line.

Since the freezing temperatures and the snow is holding me back from fully going bark trackside since I’m a resident on the Greenbush Branch I took the opportunity to dart to West Hingham. After 5 minutes it shows up on Keolis Outbound 1077 since I had limited time and was Rush hour, traffic was extremely horrendous chasing this relic was a hustle

Anyways I was going to try Cohasset but traffic was too much so I went straight to Greenbush instead. There we see 1071 pulling into the station.

After getting pictures I decided to head to Nantasket Junction where we see 1071 for the final time before we end the video but before 1071 makes it return on Keolis 1086 we first see Keolis Outbound 1081 pull in to drop off and pick up passenger before proceeding to Greenbush.

About less than 5 minutes 1071 sneaks up on me on Keolis 1086 and me thinking it was another inbound i sprinted to the other end to JUST make it before the HU reaches my tail
