LCR SYNOPSIS.

00:00 Prayer and Pledge of Allegiance.
01:02 Approval of Minutes.
03:13 Wastewater Agreement Discussion. Contextualizes agreement with Laclede County Health Department in light of discussion on whether to increase inspection rates. Continuation planned for next week.
25:01 Approval of opioid settlement fund allocation to Treatment Court. Request involved two distributions of funds.
27:26 Senior Tax Freeze Application approval.
29:22 General County Business. Road discussion. Rebar bid approval from last Tuesday. Lindsey plans to put two county generators in the warehouse.
33:15 Post-Accident Vehicle Repair. A Road and Bridge employee's personal vehicle was damaged by county equipment. Commission approves repair quote/bid from Starnes Auto, with the clarification that the effected employee can utilize another service within that quoted amount.
40:17 Public Comments (None), Routine Business, County Auction Discussion.
44:20 County Road Maintenance.

The commission then recessed before continuing in Part II.

Unless absolutely necessitated by a need for public safety, the Record will post public portions of meetings in their entirety with minimal edits. If there are significant cuts or alternations, the Record is obliged to make that apparent and offer a sufficient explanation.

Private citizens will be referred to as such until they contribute a public comment during the Commission meeting.
When a public meeting goes into a closed session, the Record will cease its recording for the closed portion and provide a brief explanation for that section. If the Record is not present for part of a public meeting, we will note it.
